尉小雪老师硕士毕业于山西师范大学外国语学院，研究生期间赴日本岐阜大学公派学习，目前在马来西亚敦阿都拉萨大学攻读教育学博士。她始终立足国际教育的培养目标，具有丰富的一线教学经验，长期致力于雅思英语写作与英汉翻译领域的教学与研究工作，在雅思写作教学方面积累了深厚的实践经验，着力培养学生的“双语转换思维”和跨文化沟通能力，帮助学生快速适应海外学术环境，为其海外求学奠定坚实的语言基础。
Wei Xiaoxue graduated with a master's degree from the School of Foreign Languages of Shanxi Normal University. During her postgraduate studies, she was sent to Gifu University in Japan for a government-sponsored program. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education at Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK), Malaysia. Shs always been committed to the training goals of international education. With rich first-line teaching experience, she has long been dedicated to the teaching and research in the fields of IELTS English writing and English-Chinese translation. She has accumulated profound practical experience in IELTS writing teaching and focuses on cultivating students’ Bilingual Conversion Thinking and Cross-cultural Communication Skills, helping students quickly adapt to the overseas academic environment., and lay a solid language foundation for their overseas studies.
科研方面，她主持校级课程改革项目（雅思写作与思政元素融合研究）、校级科研项目（语言景观与构建校园形象建设路径探索），并在《外语教学与研究》等专业期刊发表多篇论文，内容涉及英语写作篇章结构、翻译中的语境适配等。教学成果显著，曾获校级微课大赛三等奖、教学大赛二等奖，思政教学案例入选校级优秀教学案例库。
In terms of scientific research, she has presided over the university-level curriculum reform project (Research on the Integration of IELTS Writing and Ideological and Political Elements) and the university-level scientific research project (Exploration of Language Landscape and the Path for Building Campus Image), and has published many papers in professional journals such as Foreign Language Teaching and Research, covering topics such as the structure of English writing passages and context adaptation in translation. The teaching achievements are remarkable. I have won the third prize in the school-level micro-lesson competition and the second prize in the teaching competition. My ideological and political teaching cases have been selected into the school-level excellent teaching case library.
