现任国际教育学院讲师，拥有横跨三大教育体系的学术背景：高中阶段于澳大利亚墨尔本完成全部基础教育，奠定西方教育思维根基；本科获澳大利亚迪肯大学教育学学士学位，构建专业理论框架；硕士毕业于全球顶尖的墨尔本大学教育学院，深化教育前沿研究；现于马来西亚UNIRAZAK大学攻读教育学博士学位，专注英语语言教育探索。
She serves as a lecturer at the School of International Education with a transnational academic trajectory: having completed her entire secondary education in Melbourne, Australia, she acquired foundational Western pedagogical perspectives; obtained a Bachelor of Education from Deakin University, Australia, establishing core theoretical frameworks; earned a Master of Education from the world-renowned University of Melbourne Graduate School of Education, advancing cutting-edge research; and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Education at UNIRAZAK University, Malaysia, focusing on the exploration of English language education.
得益于十年的深度留学经历，梁老师对国际学生面临的学术挑战与文化适应需求有着深刻的理解和切身体会。在教学实践中，她积极采用互动式、讨论式方法，通过案例研讨、角色模拟等多元形式鼓励学生大胆表达观点，着力培养学生的批判性思维能力，引导他们拆解复杂议题、建立独立分析框架与跨文化视角；同时，高度重视语言的实际应用能力，结合真实语境、辩论展示等任务，确保学生能将所学知识有效转化为真实场景下的沟通与问题解决技能。
Drawing on a decade of immersive international experience since high school, she deeply understands the academic and cultural adaptation challenges facing international students. Her teaching employs interactive methods like case studies and role-playing to encourage expression and cultivate critical thinking—guiding students to analyze complex issues and develop cross-cultural perspectives. She focuses equally on practical language application through debates and presentations, ensuring knowledge transfers to real-world communication and problem-solving.
