朱龙龙，中共党员，现任陕西国际商贸学院国际教育学院院长助理兼直属党支部书记，硕士毕业于英国萨福克大学，具有良好的国际视野与教育管理素养。长期投身于高等教育与学生思想政治工作第一线，始终坚持以立德树人为根本任务，恪尽职守、勤勉务实，在推动学院学生工作与党建融合发展中发挥了重要作用。
Mr. Longlong Zhu, a member of the Communist Party of China, currently serves as Assistant to the Dean and Secretary of the Party Branch at the School of International Education, Shaanxi University of International Trade & Commerce. He holds a Master's degree from the University of Suffolk, UK, and brings with him a strong international perspective and solid experience in educational administration. Dedicated to the frontlines of higher education and student ideological work, he remains committed to the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education, demonstrating diligence, integrity, and a pragmatic work ethic. He plays a key role in integrating student affairs with Party-building efforts within the college.
在工作中，朱龙龙以高度的责任感和事业心，扎实推进学生教育管理工作，积极探索“三全育人”机制在新时代高校中的应用路径，推动形成协同育人新格局。他注重在实践中总结规律、创新方法，致力于学生思想政治教育工作的转型升级与内涵发展。
In his work, Secretary Zhu upholds a strong sense of responsibility and dedication. He actively advances student education and management, and explores the implementation of the “all-round education” (Three-Complete Education) model in the context of modern Chinese universities. He promotes a coordinated framework for student development, emphasizing reflection, innovation, and continuous enhancement of ideological and political education through both theory and practice.
因工作成效突出，朱龙龙先后荣获“校级优秀员工”“步长优秀员工”“招生先进区域负责人”“咸阳市优秀青年岗位能手”“师德师风养成个人”“优秀共产党员”等多项荣誉称号，展现了新时代青年党员干部的使命担当与育人情怀。
