肖茹丹，硕士研究生在读，现任陕西国际商贸学院国际教育学院行政办公室副主任、项目部主任，全面参与国际教育学院与联合研究生院的项目统筹与对外合作事务，重点推进中外联合培养、高层次人才引进及教育国际化项目的落地与实施。
Ms. Rudan Xiao is currently pursuing her master's degree and serves as the Deputy Director of the Administrative Office and Director of the International Programs Division at the School of International Education, Shaanxi University of International Trade & Commerce. She plays an integral role in coordinating institutional programs and international cooperation efforts, with a particular focus on Sino-foreign joint training, high-level talent introduction, and the implementation of global education initiatives.
本科毕业于西安外国语大学英语教育专业，具备扎实的语言功底与教育理论基础，英语专业八级，擅长跨文化沟通与项目交流。自2025年起攻读马来西亚敦阿都拉萨大学（UNIRAZAK）教育学硕士，聚焦教育国际化与跨文化教学融合，致力于从学术研究与项目实践双维度推动国际教育深入发展。
She obtained her bachelor's degree in English Education from Xi’an International Studies University, and holds a TEM-8 (Test for English Majors – Band 8) certification. With strong linguistic and intercultural communication skills, she excels in international project coordination. In 2025, she began her Master’s studies in Education at Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK) in Malaysia, focusing on the integration of global education and intercultural pedagogy, striving to bridge research and practice in international education.
早期曾在知名上市企业步长制药从事综合事务管理与协调工作，积累了较强的组织能力与体系化管理经验。加入国际教育团队以来，深度参与学校国际项目的策划与运行，在教育国际合作、项目管理机制建设及服务体系优化等方面展现出高度的专业素养与责任意识。
Ms. Xiao previously worked at the listed company Buchang Pharmaceuticals, where she gained valuable experience in integrated administration and organizational coordination. Since joining the international education team, she has been deeply involved in the planning and execution of international programs, demonstrating strong professionalism and a deep sense of responsibility in areas such as global partnerships, project governance, and service optimization.
