王同院长具备深厚的国际教育背景与多元学术视野，先后毕业于西交利物浦大学、英国约克大学及澳大利亚悉尼大学，分别取得金融数学学士、商务与金融管理硕士与经济学硕士学位，现为马来西亚敦阿都拉萨大学（UNIRAZAK）教育学博士在读。
Dean. Tong Wang brings with him a robust international academic background and a diverse scholarly perspective. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Mathematics from Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, a Master’s degree in Business and Financial Management from the University of York, and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Sydney. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education at Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK), Malaysia.
作为我校国际教育发展与人才培养的重要推动者，王同院长期致力于中外合作办学、国际课程体系建设及高层次复合型人才的培养，具备丰富的跨文化教育管理经验与项目实施能力。
As a leading force in the university's international education and talent development initiatives, Dean. Wang has been dedicated to promoting Sino-foreign cooperative education programs, building international curricula, and cultivating high-level interdisciplinary talent. He has extensive experience in cross-cultural education management and program implementation.
其在联合研究生院的工作聚焦于高层次人才引进与海外研修项目协调，推动形成“引进来、走出去”的国际合作新格局，为我校教育国际化战略注入强大动能。
His work at the Joint Graduate School focuses on the recruitment of top-tier talent and the coordination of overseas training programs, advancing a two-way international cooperation framework that integrates both bringing in and going out strategies, injecting strong momentum into the university’s global engagement efforts.
王院长秉持“务实创新、协同发展”的理念，致力于培养具备全球视野、家国情怀与跨文化沟通能力的卓越青年，积极构建具有国际影响力的教育合作平台。
Guided by the principles of pragmatism, innovation, and collaborative development, Dean.
