袁春萍副教授现任陕西国际商贸学院国际教育学院教学副院长，教育学博士在读，中共党员，高级工程师。长期致力于高等教育教学管理与科研创新工作，具备深厚的学术功底与丰富的工程实践背景，兼具战略视野与执行能力。
Associate Professor Chunping Yuan currently serves as Vice Dean of Teaching at the School of International Education, Shaanxi University of International Trade & Commerce. She is a doctoral candidate in Education, a member of the Communist Party of China, and a certified Senior Engineer. With a strong academic foundation and extensive practical experience, she has long been dedicated to higher education management and educational research, combining strategic thinking with effective implementation.
在科研方面，袁副教授主持及参与各类科研项目12项，其中包括省部级科研课题2项，涵盖工程技术、教育创新与跨学科融合等多个方向；在国内外核心期刊发表学术论文10余篇，部分成果被SCI、CPCI国际权威数据库收录；出版学术专著1部，拥有软件著作权4项、实用新型专利3项，科研成果体系完备，成效显著。
In the field of research, Professor Yuan has presided over and participated in 12 research projects, including 2 at the provincial or ministerial level, covering areas such as engineering technology, educational innovation, and interdisciplinary integration. She has published more than 10 academic papers in leading domestic and international journals, with several indexed in SCI and CPCI. Additionally, she has authored one academic monograph, and holds 4 software copyrights and 3 utility model patents, contributing to a well-established and impactful body of research.
在教学方面，袁副教授坚持“以学为本、科研反哺教学”的理念，注重课程内容与行业需求的深度融合，善于将科研项目转化为教学资源，指导学生参与项目实践与技术研发，持续提升人才培养的质量与实效。
In her teaching practice, she upholds a student-centered and research-driven philosophy, focusing on aligning curriculum content with industry needs. She is skilled in transforming research outcomes into educational resources and guiding students through hands-on project development and technical exploration, thereby enhancing the effectiveness and quality of talent training.
作为学院教学工作的主要负责人之一，袁春萍副教授在课程体系建设、教学质量保障及产教融合路径探索等方面发挥着重要作用，为学院构建高水平、复合型、国际化人才培养体系提供了有力支撑。
As a key leader in academic affairs, Professor Yuan plays a vital role in curriculum development, quality assurance, and exploring models of industry-education integration. Her contributions have laid a solid foundation for building a high-level, interdisciplinary, and globally oriented talent training system within the college.
