孙雪，女，中共党员，中药学专业背景，兼具扎实的专业素养与系统的教育管理理论功底。现任国际教育学院行政办公室主任，并兼任学院辅导员，全面负责学院行政统筹、教学支持协调及师生综合服务保障等重点工作，是学院运行管理的中坚力量。
Ms. Xue Sun, a female member of the Communist Party of China, holds a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and possesses both solid professional expertise and a sound foundation in educational management. She currently serves as the Director of the Administrative Office at the School of International Education and concurrently as a student counselor. She is responsible for overseeing administrative operations, coordinating academic support, and ensuring comprehensive faculty-student services, playing a key role in the effective functioning of the college.

In student ideological education and daily affairs, Ms. Sun adheres to a philosophy of “silent nurturing through companionship.” She pays close attention to students’ developmental stages and psychological well-being, aiming to shape their values, enhance their overall competencies, and guide their personal growth. She skillfully integrates the systematic nature of administrative work with the meticulous demands of student counseling, serving as both the organizational core of the college and a vital bridge between faculty and students.
